At Arogya Millets, we are committed to providing high-quality, natural millet products with reliable delivery services. Please read our Shipping and Return Policy carefully to understand how we process orders, handle shipping, and manage returns and refunds.

1. Shipping Policy
a) Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Orders are usually shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
• In case of high demand, processing may take an additional 1-2 days, and we will notify you via email or SMS.

b) Shipping Charges

• For orders below ₹[XX], a standard shipping fee of ₹[XX] applies.
• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

c) Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas & Villages: 7-10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier service delays.

d) Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
• You can track your order using the tracking link provided.
• If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us at info@arogyamillets.com.

e) Shipping Partners

• We ship via trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver only the best quality millet products, but if you are not satisfied, we’re here to help!

a) Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
• You received the wrong product.
• The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
• The item is expired or has a quality issue.

b) Items NOT Eligible for Return

• Opened, used, or partially consumed food products.
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Orders placed during special sales or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective).

c) Return Request Process

Step 1: Email us at info@arogyamillets.com within 7 days of delivery with your order         number, product details, and reason for return.
Step 2: Attach clear images of the product and packaging for verification.
Step 3: Our team will review the request and approve/reject the return within 48 hours.
Step 4: If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back.

d) Refund Policy

• Full refunds are processed if the return is approved.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
• If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

e) Replacement & Exchange

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement.
• Exchanges are only available for the same product due to damage or quality issues.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
• To cancel, email  info@arogyamillets.com with your order number.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
