Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been packed or dispatched.
To cancel your order, please email us at info@arogyamillets.com with your order details. - After Dispatch:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a refund if the product meets the return conditions below.
Refund Policy
We ensure all products are packed with care, but in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
Eligible Refund Cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery
- Order was cancelled before dispatch and payment was made in advance
Terms & Conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must share proof of the issue (clear photos or videos).
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or opened products
- Items without original packaging
- Perishable products beyond 48 hours of delivery
