At Arogya Millets, we are committed to providing high-quality millet-based products and excellent customer service. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy to understand how we handle order changes and refunds.

Order Cancellation
  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been packed or dispatched.
    To cancel your order, please email us at info@arogyamillets.com with your order details.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a refund if the product meets the return conditions below.
Refund Policy

We ensure all products are packed with care, but in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Eligible Refund Cases:
  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery
  • Order was cancelled before dispatch and payment was made in advance
Terms & Conditions:
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must share proof of the issue (clear photos or videos).
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
  • Used or opened products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Perishable products beyond 48 hours of delivery
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
  1. Email us at info@arogyamillets.com with your Order ID and details of the issue.
  2. Attach any relevant photos or videos (for damaged/defective items).
  3. Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours to assist you further.

Note: Arogya Millets reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation/refund requests based on the condition of the product and the time of request.
